Donald Joseph Qualls better known by DJ Qualls, his screen title DJ Qualls was born in the US. He is a producer, actor and model. Apart from the Road Trip role, he was also a part of The New Guy Hustle & Flow and The Core. Apart from his appearances on Road Trip Qualls has played in 22 different TV shows like Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order and many more. As a survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma that he was diagnosed at age 14 Qualls is a fighter. After two years of treatment the cancer was cured. His body was badly affected by treatment, and development slowed down. As he began to make decisions, financial security appeared to be his objective. He'd experienced poverty during his youth. He stated, "I've been living so in a state of financial sanity for so long and I'm desperate for financial security otherwise the world can seem out of control for me." In an interview, he also reflects on his childhood. The goal of his is to end the bullying. He says that cruelty breaks his heart. DJ's ideal job is play a father figure in reel, as well as in reality. He isn't chosen by the director for these roles but he does say. It would be wonderful to someday be a parent himself, when he will be able spend much less time working and spend more time with his child.
